These machines use hot water generated with natural gas to heat the styrofoam blocks, effectively washing and sterilizing any contaminants that may be left on them so that they can be recycled back into the system.

A change in the construction of this machine is the switch from spray-on insulation to the foam block insulation secured in place with stainless steel sheets pictured. this is easier to access, maintain and in my opinion gives it a sharper look
